Brittany Bay Wasabi Chicken Salad featuring Brittany Bay Gourmet WasabiServes 4 as a main dish, 6 as a starter 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Marinate the chicken breasts in ½ cup Wasabi dressing several hours or overnight. Grill the chicken on the barbeque. Cool and slice into strips. This can be done a day ahead. Mix all the ingredients and add the dressing to taste. Mound the salad on a plate and place the sliced, chilled chicken on top. Drizzle with Wasabi dressing. Garnish with toasted almonds and green onion.
